For the vast majority of our listings, we have more of each item in stock, and will be able to send a replacement out to you. However, we do ask that you return the original item first, but we will pay for the postage! In the unfortunate event of us not being able to replace the item, we will refund you in full, including the original postage cost. Again, we must insist that the item is returned to us first, but again, we will pay for the cost of returning it to us! If you order a t-shirt from us and it does not fit, most of the time, we have alternative sizes available and will be happy to exchange it for you. About Us Top of Page This is the official eBay store for Earache Records, the extreme metal label formed in Nottingham, England in the late 80s. The store is run by one person, meaning that you will never get mixed answers from people about your orders, and there is no miscommunication. This means that I can delivery the quality personal service that you usually only get from private sellers, not from business sellers. Please note that we operate Monday-Friday 10am-6pm. If you contact us during a weekend, we may not respond until Monday (although I do try!).
