The promo album is in EX condition. Sleeve in VG+ condition… some scratches and wear.
1970’s-era – R&B / Soul / Northern Soul / Funk – 7″ 45 RPM SINGLES – You Choose!
Hopefully that gives you a sense of my cut-off point. Also, a lot of 45’s will have writing, stickers and/or drill holes on the labels (see pictures). All 45’s have been cleaned, though you could do a deep cleaning if you want.
