Flying Lotus, born Steven Ellison, is a GRAMMY Award winning producer, musician, composer, and filmmaker from Los Angeles. Flying Lotus first gained recognition with his 2006 debut 1983, but it was Los Angeles (2008) and Cosmogramma (2010) that firmly established him as a pioneer in the LA beat scene.
