Hopefully that gives you a sense of my cut-off point. Also, a lot of 45’s will have writing, stickers and/or drill holes on the labels (see pictures). All 45’s have been cleaned, though you could do a deep cleaning if you want.

VG (Very Good): May have light scratches felt with fingernail, and light surface noise. NM (Near Mint): A near perfect record, with no visible signs of being played. Although we are not able to play-test every record, it is our utmost priority that you receive a record in as-good or better condition than described.
