IT IS NOT THE ORIGINAL PICTURE SLEEVE THAT WAS ISSUED WITH THE RECORD. It is just a ‚PICTURE‘ photo of the front of a sleeve that was made to enhance someone’s collection. There may not have ever been a picture sleeve originally issued with the item, or the sleeve may have been too expensive or too difficult to find, or any other of a number of reasons. The ‚PICTURE‘ photo may be of the front of a original picture sleeve(if issued), a foreign issue picture sleeve, EP cover, LP cover or, in some cases, the sheet music associated with the release.
